Build Army Sd.Kfz.251 Ausf.D - WWII German Armoured Personnel Carrier Model Brick Kit
The Sd.Kfz. 251 half-track was an armored personnel carrier of the German army during WW2. It was developed by the Hanomag company based on its earlier Sd.Kfz. 11 vehicle. The Sd.Kfz. 251 was mainly used to transport the Panzergrenadier (German mechanized infantry) into battle.
The Sd.Kfz. 251s were the most widely produced German half-tracks during the war. There were four main model modifications of the vehicle, Ausf A to D. However, the production of Ausf.D was much larger: it had 10,602 built between 1943 and 1945.
